Welcome, all.
My name is Ava, I have been a student and reader of the tarot for almost two decades as well as a formally trained Hellenistic astrologer.

My serious foray into magcik, tarot, western mystery traditions and all things esoteric began with a one-way greyhound ticket to New Orleans.
Equipped only with $300 and a small sack of necessities, I felt very deeply that the answers and knowledge I so desperately yearned for were nestled in that cultural oasis of the deep south- and I was correct!
Ever since, my Fool's Journey has been a sprawling, epic adventure, with all the hallmarks of said archetype: many colorful characters, teachers, dangers, setbacks, side quests, a good helping of delusional self-sabotage and illuminating forces that have all led me to where I am today!

Now, if you yourself feel less inclined to go out into the world and get pummeled in an ultra-hands-on quest for enlightenment- that's okay!

I have created this space to be a trove of my hard-won knowledge and insights.
